syncing my 3000 and 4000 together

I'm basically looking to chop my samples and sequence them in the 4000 (benefit of speed and filters etc) but im looking to sequence my drums in the 3000 (benefit of sound quality and extra swing options with the valixi o.s)

How can i get the two synced together so that when i press play on the 4000, the 3000 starts playing at the same time?

Any help would be very appreciated....

you do know that the 4k has better sound quality... right? And that the 4k has the best sound quality out of all the mpc models.
