HD VS 2HD

anyone had any experience with the 2hd disks? been using hd disks but can only find 2hd disks at local stores here in seoul... the 2hd's work but they get a little temperamental... just want to make sure i'm not damaging my drive.

yes, 1.44... some say hd, some say 2hd... just wondering if the difference will affect the drive or performance in any way.

2HD disks are double sided, high density disks, so if you are using them in a MPC 3000 it shouldn't be an issue.
