i think he's askin if jj is willin to implement compatibility with s3000 programs in the future.
id like to see that myself, being able to import multisample program in s1000, 3000 or whatever format would be killah

if you mean realtime i follow you, if u mean offline, editing, you have compters for that :D
i think the real strenght of mpcs is their simplicity, fast chopping, sequencin, hands on the drum programmin.
i really dont need ultra advanced extra features on mine.

yes but I like the mpc workflow and minimal use of the computer was the reason why i get one but using computer for things I can do simply on the mpc but I can't because they are poor quality is not ok....

me neither - i am comfortable with the features that jj os provides but i'd like to see the current features of the mpc useable standalone without having any computer running some software for timestreching around....

the sound quality of the sample editing features should be better anyway.... :-)
