Programs for rippin audio from films and video

Can anyone suggest a program that allows me to snatch audio from movies/film?

if its from a computer, go 1/8" jack to 1/4" jacks.

Cozy thanks but no Im not talking extracting audio into the mpc, im asking about software for mac's that allow u to pull the audio off of video files, an audio extraction program

handbrake perhaps?

Or just use something like soundflower to route your audio so you can sample directly off of it.

I use audio hijack. The demo version of audio hijack will allow you to record up to 10 minutes of audio so you don't need to pay unless you need to record more than that.
