rumors are the kanye has bands play and people sing in a room then he records then samples them, and pays them only once so they don't collect royalties. There're so many records left in the world to sample that have a soul feel to them and pretty soon we'll run out.

if you own an mpc and don't know how to do this, ahem, it would be time to hit the books for a while, you won't be mr. west any time soon.

besides, that chipmunk vocal trick is **** annoying as hell, you might as well sample a cat being slaughtered, it would be more original, and have pretty much the same effect.

LOL, I was getting that sound when I was like 6 years old at my Grandmas house with her Cinderella records. She didn't like it when I did that.

What I'm saying is that producers are cloning sh*t once it sells.
