Will 1gb laptop ram work inside MPC2000xl

Whats going on?
I am wondering, will a 1gb ram stick out of my mac book work within the mpc2000xl?

(I used the search feature but wasn't able to find anything pertaining to this question)

the 2000/xl doesn't even take ram remotely close in shape to your laptop ram. And even if it did, it cant possibly allocate 1gb of ram... and if it could even operate with 1gb installed supposing it could even physically fit the slot... it would only give you 32mb of ram leaving the rest unused.

After asking the question I went and hit google and found it takes SIMMs which made me feel dumb but i couldnt do nothing about it, it was too late lol.

yeah 72 pin simms... it wasn't a dumb question some people are less knowledgeable in some fields but are more knowledgeable in other fields.

its all good, i ask questions for my knowledge i gives a hot-damn if others feel it's dumb.
