Can I record MPC+KP3 with my MPC ?

Yo ! I would like to record a live routine with the effects of the KP3 on my MPC, is it possible ? It's kinda resampling but with efffects in fact...
I already tried MPC main outs to KP3 inputs - KP3 outs to MPC record inputs but it doesn't seems to work...

did you make sure the KP3 was in DIRECT mode, not SEND?

Yeah the KP3 was in direct mode, but i got some kind of larsen with effects like FL.15, and loop effects were very low even with the full depth...

try sending the audio from the mp out of the 1/2 or 3/4 outputs rather than the main out. In record mode, the audio gets sent out the main stereo output, so if you send from the main stereo output while recording, you create an endless feedback loop.

Edit : Yeah it works, but the quality is crappy... Don't know why...

What does crappy mean?

You might need to set your input volume or the record in db -12 to -6 or 0...

In fact the sound seems saturated even in low volume...
