sample a hard hittin kick drum go to TRIM, LOOP and loop just one positive and negative curve (ZOOM + will help you, the biggest peak is most the time the best) to get a fat ass bass sound !
try the PROGRAM screen, PARAMS and tweak that to your needs with TUNE and FILTER....
with 16 LEVELS on you can get funky like bootsy....
