MPC + Ableton Live 8= All u need

The people who make these programs make far less money than you'd think. If you dig it.. support and buy it. Maybe you try before you buy.. ok.. sure. A lot of people do. But I believe that if you USE the software (and especially if you make records and/or sell music with it) you have a moral obligation to pay for it. Otherwise Karma's gonna get you.. and when you're onstage using that kracked copy of Ableton Live it's gonna shit the bed mid-set.

is live 7 as good as live 8 for use with the 500? ?? i know 7 is a lot lighter on cpu..

I didn't notice 8 being substantially more or less CPU intensive than 7. Where did you get your info from?

I was wondering if that was the case. Sometimes 7 gets to be a little too much for my pc and i dont really need to upgrade to 8 if its gonna be worse.
