Looking for bass plug in.

Hello. I bought Logic 9 few days ago and I was hoping it will provide some decent bass guitars with it. Maybe I can't find it 'cus Logic is a very big program and the only machine I studied deep was my 4K, but I'm looking for some plug ins that will bring my basses to live. I'm not looking for that experimental stuff that is provided with Reason and Logic and most of the time it sound like some techno shit and some really experimental weird stuff. I'm more into instruments, but since I don't know any bass player that will record me a section I must look for something other. I'm looking for some guitar basses, some smooth electric basses.
I heard Trilian is very good one, but I'd like to hear your recommendations.
Oh and I'm not looking for any of those hip-pop sub basses.

The Scarbee basses (now available through NI) sound pretty nice. I played around with one of them a bit and liked it pretty well, but, having the option, I'd rather call a bass player. check it out: http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/ ... e-mm-bass/

Stop faking and grab yourself a good sound module like a used expanded Roland or Korg.

I still rock a JV 1080 w/ 2 expansion cards installed and would like to add a "drums & bass" expansion card to it also.

There's also a link that I'd have to find that has samples of the various sounds that are on the card itself.

When I was working strictly with MPC I used some bass samples provided by my friend. Most of the time I ended up with one of them, because it was so universal and worked pretty much fine. I used Reason in the next stage. Some of my basses were real garbage, even when people told me they enjoyed the beat. I made some decent basses, but there was always something missing. Now I got Trilian which is something like 35 GB and it seems interesting. It might have everything I need plus some more. I'll share how I feel about it in some time.

Yes, indeed Trilian is a good one. It is complete bass Plug-in (I dunno if I can call it plugin, it's 35GB) with every type of bass. Its library is so huge and it's easy to control. I guess I'll look no further
I recommend it.

If you don't like synth basses , go to guitar center / a pawn shop , buy a cheap bass , plug it in to your mixer / interface and record . Better yet , go to the bass section at guitar center , let somebody that looks cool know what you wanna do and offer some money .

I've used Trilogy for a while so I'm sure Trilian is cool.

Logic has one of the best bass sounds going. Im on logic 8 but surely it will be on logic 9. Go to new instrument and its called F2 Synth, open it up and go to sine bass. Its really good. Its where ultrabeat and the exs sampler is

I think the op was looking for 'real' bass.
