Corrupt folder/files on my Compact Flash...How do I fix??...

So here's the deal. I was trying to delete a program thru my MPC2000xl on my CF card and realized it was deleting an entire folder so I hit cancel. Since then, I haven't been able to load any files from that folder on my MPC. I then tried to transfer my files in that folder onto my PC and it would not allow me to do so saying the files were corrupt or unreadable.

After this I tried a program called BadCopy Pro, which is supposed to fix corrupt files, which it said it did, but did not.

I'm not sure what else to do. Any other regular PC programs that are supposed to fix corrupt files cost $ I don't have. I'm looking for a free way to get those files back. I had about 30 new beats in there from the past few months. Some of my best stuff ever.

Any suggestions??????

Sorry, while there are a couple of free file recovery tools. I would still suggest that maybe your 30 beats are worth the cost of good app for the jobb. I say this because I recently suffered a harddrive failure, and to recover it I had to try out about 15 different apps before I found one that worked.
