Syncing Yamaha PSR323, MPC1000 & Cubase with Lexicon Lambda

I've posted this before with no results! I need to know how to setup my new Yamaha PSR E323 keyboard. I currently have my MPC 1000 beat machine synced up with Cubase. I have a Lexicon Lambda interface and all is working fine. I just don't know how to hook up the Yamaha PSR E323 so I can play, record and sync (slave, master) etc. I have two midi cables now, not sure if I need more. Can someone please help me get up and running. Thanks in advance!!!

First, what do you want to be master?

I think I want to make the MPC 1000 the master and the Yamaha PSR323 the slave.
