Hi all,

I've just installed the free version of JJ OS onto my MPC 1000 and I'm having some trouble.
Since installing the JJ OS my jog wheel seems to be less sensitive, by that I mean the following:

When turning the wheel you can feel it "click". When on the akai operating system, one click for me was the same as switching a setting by 1. Now when on the JJ OS the wheel has to click 3 to 4 times before I can adjust the settings one step.

Is this a normal thing? Can this be adjusted? Or do you think this is related to my hardware?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts,
M.

Not sure about the version you are using, but under JJOS2XL mode -> options there is a job wheel setting for 1/2, apparently there are models with different jog wheel sensitivities, you probably have something different than the default jog wheel

Mine is like this, so every time I reset my parameters I need to reset it as well.

I'm using JJ OS version 3.12 btw.

And through selecting mode "others" I was also able to find the setting you mention. There the wheel was set in option "2" which resulted in my issue, when I set it to option "1" all was fine again.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
