I ordered 128 of ram for my 500. Subsequently I ordered a 5000. Can I use the 128 mb of ram intended for the 500 in the 5000?

The sounds are such a kick-- the funky mechanical sounds of the Edison, the scratchy records, the wobble of frequency. Experimenting with just the preamp, just the right mic, a just the right position in front of the horn of the Edison has been useful. These records are 1/4 inch thick and in very good shape.
Last night I put on a record: SIRENS OF A SOUTHERN SEA-- FOX TROT (Howard Weeks) by the Green Brothers Novelty Band. There were xylophones, trumpets, trombones, piano, banjo, percussion. Sounds from another world. ****ing amazing. I can't wait to get MPC back in hand and start chopping. I am prepared for a slow process because I only know one person in my town who knows anything about beat making and has an MPC and I am almost old enough to be his grandfather. Music has always been something that defines generations, but it has also been something that transcends and fuses the generations. Music is always the voice and soul of humans.
I am going to have to figure out how to post some of these recordings.
