i could be wrong, but It depends on what you want to do. I use itunes for cds to play in my car (yeah I have a pc)
even a commercial cds wont give you track names without an internet database.

i assume you have an internet connection running at all times ....
unplug you internet and try a commercial cd again-----
big guys pay gracenote etc...

Burn an "MP3" cd with iTunes, and track information will display in Windows Media, iTunes, etc..

Itunes gives you the option to enter YOUR cd info into the gracenote database like the commercial cd's are entered in . after you enter it in the database the info will show up with internet connection

And I'd like to add it's free if you just use it as an artist. Check the grace note site, all the info is there. That parts all free. If you want to make a publishers account with them(label and etc) then you get into needing to paying them.
