expanding internal memory

hey

Ive got a 4k which is obviously the biz but I only have 16mb of internal memory. this gives me 1min 30secs of sampler time which Im now finding isnt enough. I need to expand this. Does anyone know how and where I can buy this from. Is it something I can fit myself?
