I can't resist the beauty of the ASR 10, since I have two houses and at one house i have a TT and Maschine I might buy a shitty TT and an ASR 10 for the other. Someone snap me out of this.

What? lol, didn't really understand what you said. I have nothing at one house, like no gear no nothing, and thats where I want the ASR to be .

I'm close to copping my ASR, some guy is sellin' me one for $500 in great condition with SCSI and free shipping  I'm going to need to buy a turntable for it obviously to sample, am I going to need a mixer with that? Or is the mixer not necessary?

It's always better to have one than to not have one at all. Huge benefits because of the flexibility.

Hey, I can def relate, but we all have to crawl before we walk you know. I didn't get what I've accumilated through the years, all in one shot. I bought one piece at a time but rarely got rid of anything (except when I needed some loot way back when).

So as time moved on, I started to see the fruits of my labor building up to where I just had to admit to myself and say..."you know, I gots enough sh!t as it is, time to take a chill on this addiction".

It'll eventually get to that point...trust me.

True that, I'm in a rush though, I want to become as familiar with this gear as soon as possible. I haven't even actually gotten the ASR 10 though but I got a decent deal on one so I'm pumped.
