Triton Extreme to 4K

I know this question has been answered thousands of times and I realize the search buttonis your friend but 2 hours of that and i still can't find what im looking for. BTW I'm at work and I cant spend another 2 hrs searching.

I've been without my 4K and Triton for a little over a year so I forgot a few things. I want to use the Extreme as a sound module and the 4K as a controller can anyone refresh my memory as to how I set up the midi for this. Thanks in advance.
