S/PDIF connection

Hi Guys,

I was wondering how many tracks the S/PDIF connection outputs. Is it simply stereo (2 tracks) or more?

yepp. it represets the main outs of the 2000(xl)

Yep, just stereo, left and right.

You can pan hard left & right in the MPC mixer to track out two mono tracks. Still 1 stereo track into a DAW but u can then separate the stereo file to get your monos. For the mono situation, you may be able to route SPDIF L & R to separate tracks in your DAW to save a step.
