Strickly 44.1, but I like the option of having the others just in case.

44.1 is enough for me. So whats the deal about it anyway?

I use 44,1 kHz / 24 bit mode all time. To my personal experience, the higher bitrate gives more quality to the total sound than higher sampling frequency, e.g. 96kHz with 16bit.

The 44,1kHz mode also offers four simultaneous effects, instead of only two effects in 96 kHz mode.
