yeah, shazam should get anything that ever got released on CD.
Unfortunately, theres not so much jazz (cti etc) on the database as its just impossible for the music dept to spend out on rare/mid rare music that no-one other than us weirdos are going to try to tag

Heck I've had to really hassle DJs to tell me what/who remixed a track on occasion because they get tracks that are sometimes not CD/digital releases and may only be Vinyl.

Still, I'd imagine just about anything played at Rite-Aid is probably not in the rare to find category .
