how do i get my finshed track into a wav file or mp3 file? im so lost

I believe you can resample from the outputs and save to your CF card as a wave. Check the manual for how to.

i cant find any thing on that...could you maybe explain a little better?

Can't get no better than that! I was going to say, some folks would die to have the manual read out loud to them while they administer a boat load of questions at the same time.
