Technics SL-D303

Should i buy a Technics SL-D303 for sampling vinyl to my mpc? i currently dont have a turntable for sampling, it will be used for sampling only and im getting it on a mates rates basis (cheaper than any other one i can find), i did a bit of research on it and it seems like it would be legit buy.

heres the specs from the guy whos got it/hooking it up

thanks for any answers, if it looks like i should be getting it ill be going round there tonight and grabing it.

If you aren't going to be scratching with it, it'll no doubt work for just sampling.
The most imortant part of the TT is the needle and cartridge. Most people forget about that.
