mpc repair service?????

this sucks my mpc 5000 wow so great but havent even had it to long and the stereo outputs as well as headphone jack barely give a signal and that signal is greatly distorted/noisy/fuzzy.....anyone know a good repair shop and prices around the LA area ??please

I only know of vstservice.com but I am sure LA must have an akai repair place.

U might have ground loop noice too. put a ground remover on the cord( usually orange) to remove the ground static. if u know what i mean. basically so u dont have to break the ground prong on ur power cord. it worked for me. If this helps.

i have the exact same problem but just with the 2.0 os .. when i downgraded it started to work again but recently it has started to do it in 1.2 os also..

when i reinstalled the 1.2 os it started to work again so im figuring it cant be a hardware problem?

i live in sweden and we dont have mpc repairers here do really need some good tips!

no one knows about this problem?
