Yo.
Due to the (handy) feature on some of the newer (Nukai
) MPC models i always find myself (precisely) chopping inside ReCycle and then transferring stuff to the MPC.
Damn, i even sample stuff into the PC before and then use Ableton's great time stretching engine for almost all the breaks, loops etc.
Well, it definitely works and everything is synced, chopped on some high level. Workflow is another question, though. I'm basically just using the sequencer of the MPC i guess...
Therefore i recently start to get the feeling, that i should (or want to) do all this stuff inside the MP.
I know that this should just be my personal decision - however i'm keen to know how you folks go about it.
Did your chopping skills develop an enjoyable workflow or do you guys use external tools, as well?
