How do i make the pads "cut" each other?

Hi!

I just got going with my MPC but i have a problem. When i push a pad and a sound comes out, i want it to be "cut"/stopped when i press another pad. I hope you get what i mean!

That's something I also want to know how to do! But I guess it might be impossible

It's not impossible, seen people do it!

From the PROGRAM page, press F2PARAM
Highlight POLY/MONO/NOTE OFF field and press the WINDOW button.
Here you can make your settings

It's all in the manual.

but one pat can only cut off two other pads.
If you need more you have to put the sound to another pad. Then you can cut two more.
