Maybe you could get a second hand moog or something? that would be sweet! Somehow I dont think you will have much money left after getting one of those though.

Sorry used wrong name. Its the roland sh-201 & from my knowledge the Gaia Gay or whatever its called is a newer version of that, with prettier colors and a couple new features.

Gave away to a homie about a year later next purchase was a 2kxl. BTW the homie gave it to a DJ homie of ours about months later and I'm still paying off student loans.

i haven't tried it but i found it really weird that they discontinued it so soon after releasing it.


get a used alesis micron instead... it's the same exact synth as the miniak [just without a face-lift] for cheaper. the synth engine itself is nice, but the interface is a pain to edit without additional software. the best version of this synth is the original alesis ion [due to the amount of knobs it has for editing], but that one is a larger keyboard and therefore not as portable as the miniak or micron. they all have the same synth engine though...

yeah this dude got ripped in seconds, lol...

but cats are right but the gov aint right by allowing you to take out what youneed... i did for important reasons like fixing my car that allowed me to go to school but honestly i i wished couldve saved myself from that cuz i wasnt ready for college and racked up something i regret... but on the bright side i now know what im gonna do

save that doe man... or buy used like others were mentioning...

Why did you gave it away then? Could have sold that and made some money, im not feeling sorry for you still paying off ur student loans. Lets hope the OP while take a lesson from ur story.
