Power conditioning & surge suppressors

Interested in what people are using for protecting their gear. Currently I use pretty basic surge supressors and battery backup for computers. I'm interested in upgrading to a few good power strips. I see Monster has options, but feel I would be paying for the name more than the build. Any suggestions? Current setup:
Desktop computer w/450 watt supply
2 - video monitors
2 - m-audio bx8a
1 - velodyne 1000 watt sub
mpc 2500
miniAK
MV-8000
Fantom x6
2 - Delta 1010's
1 - behringer FCB1010
2 - behringer mic preamps
1 - APC40
1 - small 8 channel mixer
Rane 57
numark ttx1

anything else is USB powered...

I've always used a couple of these...ETA Systems (PD10, PD8, PD8L x 2), one Furman M8x and a APC battery backup.

Without the APC, I found I would've continued using dirty power, and that ain't good for my gear by any standards.

If there's any regular power strips being used, you can best believe they're networked off of one of the power conditioners and not from a naked wall outlet.
