there's so many dudes will dope drums that right after i click 'submit' i'm going to think of like 3 guys instantly. LoL.

Erick Sermon - Just cause that's how hip hop drums is supposed to sound, IMO.

Tip/ASM - whoever did the drums on Midnight Marauders. Thems still my favorite snares and kicks of ALL TIME.

WOrd I have tried and I have said damn these snares is wack... How pete make this work? :D

Too them Midnight ATCQ snares (drums in general) are nuts. Q-tip!!! Phife said in an interview a couple years ago himself that nobody's snares was F'ing with tips around that time. TRUTH.

Nottz & DILLA got the most warm and phatt drums in recent times though.
