Magix Hiphop Musicmaker

Music for the Playstation.

Can't remember which one of them I had first, but the Magix musicmaker really sucked. Pre-made loops and riffs which couldn't be edit.
Music for the Playstation was a kind of fun but I knew too little about music making in general, so I lost interest quickly. Still remember it was fun to program drumpatterns with it. But that's about it.

From 2003 till 2007 didn't do anything with making music (had a blue monday using FL) untill I picked up the mpc500, -my first piece of real dedicated hardware- after trying out FL and Reason.

In that order
The Bass Station keyboard and DX-100 are still probs my most favorite synthesizers out there too. Every DX I had since 2001 though broke on me so now I have a TX-81Z but I would like another DX as they are nicer and more hands on.
Still got the Bass Station

I also miss my ER-1 in a very strange way...at the time I hated it cos it didn't sound like a 909 and the 808 kick's were lame, used to sequence the DX or B-Station on it though and run them through the audio in with FX added (Delay from the Korg)

My first everything haha on so many levels, this and FL 8 - to 9 - to 10. . I still remember the feeling i got when i finished chopping my first sample and threw it down over a drum loop i programmed..i remember thinking "this is how it is done, pads, samples, drums". i felt like a **** boss. a few years later i had my 1k. still miss the roomy pad layout!

Had a bunch of Casios and Yamah Portatones before I got this in 93 saving up snow shoveling money. That was the year we had that big ice storm in like the middle of March here on the east coast. My bandmate bought at Korg DW-6000 with his money.

Paired it up with this in 95-96 and it was on...
