Note Dragging (Bug/Glitch)

Idk if this is a bug a glitch or a human error but for the last week or so my mpc has been randomly draggin out notes in tracks and its becoming very annoying. everytime it does it i have to 3hit the stop button.. one hit and all music stops but that note continues to drag... even after rebooting the mpc it does it on every beat now. I cant even sequence out a whole song now without one of the sequences draggin out...

If anyone can help me with some sort of solution to this would be more the greatfull. thx in advanced!

Im only using my MPC5000 and Fantom X6 if it helps.
