Im pissed off!!!! It seems that the eight outs limits the effects so that you can only aply one effect per line. So the effects i have for all the pads dont count. i thought i could play the songs in to my DPS16 so that every pad has its fx and fx levels that i have set up BUT NO !!! any idea if its possible to keep those settings when putting the song through the 8 outs?

You must doing something wrong. I have individual level settings for each pad on my MPC. The expansion has not limited the effect on mine. Have you read the manual?
I have read and been dealing with mpc for 3 years. I have fx for the song set up. but when i assing the pads to the individual channels i cant add sounds using different fx to the same outputs. only one fx of the four available can be assigned to the lines, if the pads use different fx they cant be assigned to the same line.

Can you explain this 8 out thing to me?? You can send like 8 differnt tracks to differnt outs or suttin??? break it down for a rookie
