Not able to record sounds into my MPC60mk2

So recently my MPC60mk2 crash on me when I was recording a sequence. The metronome went crazy and lights were flashing everywhere. I restarted the machine and everything was fine...till I decided to sample some drums. The monitor shows that nothing is coming through(no sound either) even though I've got the record playing and all the way up(and no this is not a cable problem, my s900 recorded fine with the same cable). So I was wondering what went wrong and how I can fix it. Its os 2.12.

I dont know, normally on other models I would say re-install the OS... but obviously that's not an option O.o


I assume it isn't an internal volume/gain issue?



what about loading samples and playing back those, is that making sounds?

Maybe it reset it's self? The inputsource maybe changed.

I bet there is fried wire somewhere, did you open it already?

I tried again today and it seems to work fine. Thanks anyway!
