Heads up for any UK users needing to replace MPC3000 scsi fuse. Maplins Auto-reset circuit breaker 1.0A (order code AK07H) works fine and resets if you blow it again!

Niceness!
Do you need to modify the terminals to put it in the MPC3000? (I haven't looked, just figured you would know).

Great tip ! Thanks.

On a side note - can anyone recommend the best instrument to get mpc screws (internal ones) out.

The ones attached to the casing come out easy enough - but the threads on pretty much all the internal screws are ruined, so I can't even get at the pads/backlight.

Looked around maplins (for a microfile or something similar) - but didn't find anything. So any tips would be welcome.

There is a way around this, but I dont recall the details exactly.

Start a new thread and hopefully someone can answer your question... "on a side note" is two things: a thread hijack, and a good way to have your query go by the wayside..
