Want to trigger 16 midi notes on 16 different channels live!

Hi, is it possible?

I would like to have a little control pad or a keyboard with that function, because i need to trigger 16 different arpeggiators which are on 16 different channels, so i need 16 buttons controlling that. > Only hardware use <

Any suggestions? Thanks
