U mean the sounds from ASR/950 are midi triggered from mpc? If you meant it that way: no, it isn't possible to "transfer" the sounds from other machines inside the mpc(don't even know if you're talking about the file type or params).
You can edit note data on step edit(note's position, pitch, velocity etc.). You can only tweak sounds that are sampled INTO mpc 3000(or any mpc).
