How convert sample in 3/4 to 4/4?

From many years i'm looking for this method,i hope someone can help me!

Dependent on the sample.

But you can try:
1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2

Or chop it and use it how you want.

chop each bar and replay how u like then the time signature dont mean didly if u chop

You cannot magically transform three beats into four.

But as pointed out by jpeg, you can chop the sample on each beat and replay them in any time signature of your choosing.
