The 2500 LE comes with the following parts already installed:

- Hard Disk
- CD-Drive
- 128MB RAM

For just 80 bucks more, this is a no-brainer. Also, it has the blue screen and black pads (which i think looks dope, but that's just my opinion).

I'm getting a 2500 this week, but i just saw the new WHITE LE version of it for 80 bucks more!
This made me a little hesitant. What are the LIMITATIONS of the LE version?

:) thanks !

only worth getting if you prefer the looks of the machine (and want to use hard drive instead of flash cards). otherwise get the regular.

LOL :P i really thought it had limitations...i've searched the whole WWW for the limitations but couldn't find anything :)

@emceewhiterabbit: Thanks man, a hard drive is exactly what i need ;)

No offence dude, but you're an idiot!

Dope that it's only $80 more. The memory alone is like $150. Lucky for me though, when I bought my regular 2500, they had a special where you got all the add ons for free. Had to buy before 11/25/09 or some shit. Took like 2 months to get the shit but, **** it. If it's free, it's for me!

sometimes like in protools "le" it really means limited editon in the sense of having limited features so this thought is not so far off.

guitar center also had a limited run of numbered white mpc 2500 models with green screen which were also fully maxed out as i remember with a nice little plate on the front telling the number of the unit. found it here: http://www.mpc-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=82727&start=0
