Whatsgoodie!

When i load up a folder from my HD it doesn't show up in my programs.
The folder doesn't contain any mpc files just .wav files.

That could be the case but...how could i loadup a folder so it assigns all the .wav files to the pads?

Let's say we have a Kicks folder containing:
Kick1.wav
Kick2.wav
Kick3.wav

When i load up the Kicks folder i want it to assing Kick1.wav to pad1 etc...

Thanks

Please read the manual. Load the virgin folder. Hit mode then program. The touch pad 1. Highlight the no sample text. Then roll wheel select sample, or wav as you call it. Touch pad 2 and do the same... you didn't ask about naming and saving your program or saving your new "kit". Once you figure that you folder will not be virgin and have a file made by the mpc which is a program file. From that point on your kit will load and assign samples to the assigned pads.
Now for the love of your god please read the owners manual and read the starting out section of the site.

Cool, one more thing i need to know..
I'am now editing other programs and messing them up with my own samples..i don't wanna do this
I want to make a new program but dunno how, could you help me out with this one?

ps. My english isn't too good so i rather ask someone on the forum to help me instead of reading a manual. Ofcourse i read the manual but i don't understand everything that is written in it. I think you guys explain it way better to me than a written manual. If people are like i don't want to help this cat, let him read the manual that's fine with me. Don't get me wrong or something..i appreciate all the help!!

I will make you a video tonight when I get home. I will chop a sample, make a folder on desktop. Drop in mpc. Load the folder and assign to pads. Then name the program. I will then tweak a few pads aNd save as new program. I hope this will help. I'm typing this because I'm not sure if that's what you need, but it will cover the basics ok. I will be done tonight and send to you a link to my vimeo. Which is a video hosting site. YouTube is just tacky.
