In simplest terms...that third socket on your wall outlet is the ground/earthed prong they're referring to.

Unless otherwise...meaning some cave man was responsible for building your home, thus he didn't know it needed grounding.

what he said ^^^

for the third time: three connections (power, neutral and ground) are in the power cable so if you connect it it will be earthed.
ground is the same as earth! if you want more earthing then drill a hole into the metal housing and connect this with a wire to the heating radiator in your room or directly to the lightning conductor of your house - but belive me grounding one time is enough! and now have some fun with your equipment!
