I cant seem to open the panel under the MPC to clean the rust thats developing on the panel and inside (sides) of the MPC, because the screws have been forced by someone and lost their shape... Anyone help me out on this matter?

Peace.

I won't ask why you have rust developing in your MPC but you might wanna try some small needle nose pliers.

You mean the big cross-head screws on the side & bottom?!?! Someone has treated those pretty bad to have messed up their heads! Maybe if you could get some lubricant like WD40 into the holes it might help. I wouldn't spray it directly onto the MPC but spray a bit into an ashtray or jar lid & then paint it around the screw heads with a brush or cotton bud. It will help clean the rust too...

Try using a slightly larger sized screwdriver.......& make sure you are using a crosshead one..... if the one you are using isn't getting a grip the next size up might.

Also, although not common with MPCs this must be a really common situation generally, that screw heads get messed up like this. There must be solutions that don't need precision engineering tools. Try looking in a bookstore or library for one of those massive "how to do everything" DIY manuals, or find a forum for that kind of thing....there must be hundreds.
