Are these headphones good enough?

Hey guys I've been looking for some monitor headphones and I've picked these up. I'm living in Vietnam at the moment and the the only stuff they carry is from roland.

but I'm not sure if I made a mistake or not. I took them because the packaging said "monitor headphones" and they were the only ones that I could afford. I'm sorry, I know nothing about sound. Could someone look at the specs and tell me if they are sufficient headphones or are they enhanced in certain ways to make things sound better?

if all you can find is roland, then yeah i guess they'll work just fine...and if you dont like them, just use them until you can find/buy better ones
