2500 hd question

ive been thinking about selling my 4k and just getting a 2500.i dont use the mpc as much but still would like to have one on deck . i wanted to know can i take the hd from 4k and put it in a 2500? i have aloyt of sounds that i dont want to lose?

no. the 4k has a 3.5 desktop sized hd. the 2500 takes a laptop sized 2.5 inch hd.
although it wouldnt be a big deal to get a cheap external hd enclosure for your 4k hd and install it in the enclosure, dump the sounds to your pc, and when you get a 2500, install a hd, and dump your sounds onto it from the pc.
