the newest OS is the OS 1.20, and it was only made for some atapi/ide card readers that require it to run (ie:if the reader doesn't work on the previous OS) other then that it is the same thing as the OS 1.14. In fact for the version 1.20 they removed the ability to use partitions in order to fit in the atapi/ide stuff....
so basically:
1.14
or
1.20 if you really need it.
