Yup. Cheaper, easier, less hassle than CDs. Who wants to pay more for a CD? Compared to wax as a physical entity, CD is pretty much irrelevant. Or £20 for a 2 x LP....if they even bother to release it. Do you see many 36 track beat albums coming out on vinyl? Nope.

Stuff like the LA split 10", 7 x 7" or Producer 7" series on Fat City are a must on wax though.

:lol: Never mind me, I was just giving you some grief!

There has been a plethora of dudes up in here (still are) talking about mp3's like it's real digging, and since I'm a grumpy old man it bothers me. You are into wax, so it's all good!

I dunno about FLACS instead of cd's though. At least if you cop the cd you have a physical hard copy that can be backed up and is resistant to hard drive issues.

But that's just me I guess...
