Sony MDR-7506 Replacement Ear Pad...

have any of you ever had to replace the pads on your headphones?

Well I need to and honestly I dont see how replacing them would be easy. Seems like they would be very difficult to get on?

Can you get one? I would really like to know where to get those and also those gold screw on 1/8" to 1/4" adapters.

The ear pad can be changed, it just takes some finessing. Overall tho, its a 5 minute job

As far as the screw on adapter (which I have lost many of) sometimes best buy and other electronic spots sell them individually, they're like $4

Yea I know you can buy them I was just interested in installing them.

Just seems like it would be very hard to.

I really dont want to spend $20 on two pads and have them tear while attempting to replace my old ones.

i bought these about a year ago they are much better than the regular ear pads. much much much more comfortable.
and they dont make your ears sweat like the sony pads.

Just a bump.

I did end up buying the replacements. Easy to put on and Im good to go again.

Im glad Sony has the replacements available or else...
