Hey Guys.....back once again for some help...
okay so i've chopped up a sample on to 48 pads (A,B,C). I record the sequence using sounds from Bank A - on a 4 bar loop. Then as I'm playing the sequence back, I decide to layer the sequence with some samples from Bank B (or any other bank). This could be for example a little vocal chop i want in the background.
The problem is that when i hit the pads to layer sounds over top, the sound that i hit doesn't play at all - or cuts out very very short. It seems like where ever there is already existing samples laid down, i can't play anything over top of that.
Very odd to me.
BTW, I have the pads all set to "Mono, 1" under the program, sample - option.
hope some one shed some light on this.
Thank you
