No publicity is bad publicity and all that...

Hopefully there will be a surprise or two for the few that are already sharpening their knives.

word fam, and im always keen to hear from new contributors too despite what it may sound like. even clint will tell you way back before v5 was even conceived that I hoped we would hear from more ppl that haven't submitted before

I am stoked to hear what clint puts together. I really liked the symphony of sounds mix-tape the best so far. I liked most of vol 4, but vol3 I didnt like too much, there was some stuff i liked on it, but thats just me..I dont usually participate in these mix-tapes, but clint encouraged me to, all this drama really makes me second guess it.. and hellfire, i understand where you coming from. im not a noob to this forum, but i am to these mix tapes. I think clint deserves a lil respect, he is in charge of this one, lets see how it comes out. although i wish it was only instrumentals,i get tired of hearing cats talk a bunch of stuff over beats, but its all good.

There is a diverse crowd here on the forums and it appears that there is room for more then just typical hip hop... and it appears people around here like plenty of music genres outside of hip hop as well as hip hop.


... basically what boils down to is... lets get this damn mixtape out so while we are listening to that, we can get started on symphony sounds volume 2... which there has to be a volume two after how bad ass volume 1 was... there's no way around it.

yes!! vol 1 kicked sum fukkin ass!!! mad respect to its creators. I hope they do a vol 2.. i just couldnt get enough of that one..
