Flush head standoffs are widely used in manufacturing. They are very cheap, and very effective.
Anything mounted to these panels is likely on concealed head, flushed, pressed, or spot welded/fused standoffs.
If he doesn't have the equipment to do this, it is very possible he will be able to send panels to another fabricator for installation of standoffs.
I have used these before and they are great! And cheap!
Hey, Acer, what's a timeline on a 4000 panel???
I want one. Either I can paint it, or I'd like it brushed and black anodized if you're using aluminum.
