Mo' Phatt and MPC1000

What's up, folks....I need someone to explain how I can MIDI my Mo' Phatt to be controlled by my MPC1K. What I'm trying to do is hit the MP pads and get the mo' phatt sounds. thanx in advance. :?:

midi out MPC to
midi in MOphatt.

on the MPC make your drum track a midi track, turn off your program and turn you midi to 1A. Make sure your module is set up to receive midi

Thanx for the fast reply, bro. I'll check it out. I wired them correctly, so I guess I'll have to do some assigning or something. I'm new to midi control, so please bear with me. :)

the actual sound will still be coming out of the mo phatt

the mpc will only be telling it what notes to play

oh yeah I forgot to ask do you have a mixer with both outputs plugged into it?

I only have the MP and the mo phatt. I just want to use the MPC's pads to control the mo phatt. I have monitors hooked to the mo phatt. I know the sound will be coming out of the sound module, I just can't seem to get it to click. I'll try when I'm home after work. (in about an hour and a half.) thanx for the info, bro.
